One of the problems when you are shopping for an MLM opportunity is sorting out the good companies from the crappy ones and even the ones that are scams. The Company

Visalus Sciences has actually been around for quite a while now but haven’t hit the big time yet. This is either good or bad depending on your point of view. They are established so they are less likely to go out of business than a brand new company but haven’t reached its potential. Although to be fair, according to Npros.com they have grown by 54% in the last 6 months so maybe they are on their way up.

It is based in Michigan and Ryan Blair is the CEO. The people behind the company have a lot of experience in the MLM industry and seem to know what they are doing which gives Visalus a solid foundation.

The Products

They have a number of health products. Visalus Vi-Shape is their weight loss product which according to their website compares favourably to their competitors’ products. Visalus Vi-Pak is designed to give your body the nutrition it needs and Visalus Neuro is an energy drink mix made with healthy ingredients to boost your mental and physical performance. All these products present well and seem to be the equal of any of its competitors.

The Opportunity

Visalus uses a unilevel pay plan which is a proven pay plan and has been used by many successful companies so there are no problems here. They also have a luxury car program where top distributors are rewarded with a BMW. According to their website they have given over 700 distributors BMW’s.

Is it a scam?

It is clear that Visalus is not a scam but that is no guarantee that you well have success in this company.

One problem with Visalus, as with most companies, is they don’t seem to have any marketing training to help its distributors. A good company can certainly help you to achieve success quicker but without the proper training you are going to struggle no matter how good the company is.

Summary

After this Visalus Review, you can be sure that Visalus Sciences is a legitimate business. Unfortunately most people will never make the money that they would want out of Visalus because they don’t know how to market properly. Sadly most people don’t even know how to generate a single lead!

OK, so this is going to upset some people who have spent money with TVI Express. But TVI Express has been in a world of trouble in recent months. The first big development came when Australian regulators orded distributors of TVI Express to stop promoting:

“The ACCC understands that Ms Jutsen, Ms Brownlee and Mr Scanlon had planned to hold presentations across Australia and New Zealand this week to promote the scheme. The orders obtained by the ACCC will prevent these presentations from going ahead. If the individuals ignore these orders, they risk being in contempt of court.

Following this, Chinese authorities also decided to act in stopping TVI Express being promoted. They were harsher than Australia though and jailed 2 people for promotion of TVI Express, although they were also falsely promoting it as retiree travel. Now that there has been action in Australia and China, It’s only a matter of time before other countries such as USA will take action.

So if you are still promoting TVI Express or are thinking of joining – I would advise against it! Apart from the fact that it’s probably past the stage of being able to make people any money (these types of schemes will make some people money early on but never last very long), you could land in hot water with authorities.

Travel is becoming more and more popular in the MLM industry and why not? People love to travel. There are a bunch of new companies being launched, one of them being resorts 360. Let’s find out how Resorts 360 stacks up.

What Is Resorts 360?

Resorts 360 is a MLM based Travel Club situated in Washington. They have memberships with access to discounts on over 6000 properties in 100 countries. The properties are a mixture of resorts, hotels, motels and time share properties.

Resorts 360 have yearly memberships available at $399 of which the sponsor keeps half ($200). The sponsor also gets 1/2 of the commission ($100) on the first 2 sales of the person they sponsored. The renewal of the yearly membership is $249 of which $100 is kept by the sponsor. So there is residual income potential in addition to the up front income. Resorts 360 also offer a life time membership which is $3995. The sponsor keeps $2000 and there is also a pass up structure as with the yearly membership. There are other rewards in addition to these.

One of the key benefits of Resorts 360 over the competitors is the ability to book properties through the resorts 360 members only website. Many of the competitors require you to phone up the resort or hotel and quote a booking number to get the discount.

Is Resorts 360 A Scam?

Resorts 360 is definitely NOT a scam. They are partnered with many large well known companies such as Sheraton, Marriott, Whyndham plus many others. For my fellow Australians, they have also partnered Harvey World Travel, a large 50+ year old travel agency with over 500 branches which adds further credibility. There is no way companies of this caliber would be associated with a scam.

Can I Make Money With Resorts 360?

You can make money with Resorts 360, that’s a given as there are people already doing so. Will you make money with Resorts 360? That’s another question. It all comes down to how you market Resorts 360. You could have the best opportunity in the world, but if you don’t know how to market it properly, you will have little success. On the other hand, if you have an average opportunity but are a great marketer you will have success.

What you need to do, is figure out how you are going to market your opportunity, whether it be Resorts 360 or some other company. Will you market with the traditional methods (warm market, cold calling etc)? Or will you use newer, more cutting edge online methods such as using Social Networking Sites, Video Marketing, PPC etc. Just as importantly, you need to decide who you are going to market to.

I’d recommend having your own website(s) and email list(s), because if you don’t, the companies (this applies to any Network Marketing Company) can take down the websites and email lists if they want to. In other words, you don’t own the websites or email lists and its not a proper business unless you own and are in control of these things.

Summary

Resorts 360 looks to be a good quality company that is competitive within its field. So if you know what you are doing, you will be able to make money with this opportunity and enjoy the benefits of belonging to the travel membership at the same time, but make sure you don’t neglect the marketing side of things.

Many of you are probably looking to get into the MLM industry for the first time or are an existing MLM marketer looking for a new opportunity. You’ve come across this new company called Jusuru and want to know if it’s legitimate and if it is something that can benefit you. Let’s find out.

What Is Jusuru?

Jusuru is a brand new MLM company based in California. heir main product is a health juice called Jusuru Life Blend. They claim to have spent a year developing these products. New health juices seem to come onto the market every day. But to Jusuru’s credit, these do have a point of difference. Their beverages contain a patented ingredient called BioCell Collagen II which is a natural hydrolysed type II collagen ingredient. This ingredient is claimed to improve joint and skin heath. They also put in Resveratrol, Antioxidants, Phytonutrients, Vitamins and Minerals, Essential Fatty & Amino Acids, all of which combine to reduce ageing and overall health. So what they have done is combine a health product with a beauty product into one easily consumable product, which to me is quite clever.

Is Jusuru A Scam?

Jusuru is not a scam. A scammer would not go to the lengths of taking a year to develop a product and compensation plan (which is a unilevel plan by the way.) They have some established leaders on board and have a very good website that is nicely laid out with plenty of information. They aren’t hiding anything.

Will I Be Successful With Jusuru?

That’s a harder question to answer because there is more to becoming a successful MLM distributer than a good company. It’s not something that can be easily answered in the confines of this Jusuru Review. I can however offer some advice. Before you join a company you need to decide how you are going to market it. Remember, it is called Multi Level MARKETING.

Marketing is the most important ingredient to your success. Are you going to market offline, online or a combination of the two? Are you going to use a funded proposal? These are questions you have to ask yourself. Unless you have a very large circle of influence, your cold market isn’t going to get you very far. And the same goes for cold calling unless you are an outstanding sales person.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t have a large circle of influence offline, and I’m not a very good sales person, which is why I choose to use newer more effective methods such as Web 2.0 and a Funded Proposal System to market my business. I recommend you look into doing the same.
