About Me
I’ve had an entrepreneurial mindset for as long as I can remember, which is something i can thank my dad for. From as early as 12, 13 years of age I was looking for ways of making money. I can remember setting up a stand at the entrance of a busy park, selling grapefruit off of my backyard tree. I even employed my friends to help out (don’t worry – I paid them). Later on I would do a dog walking run among other things before going on to selling on eBay as a Gold Powerseller.
During the Christmas holidays of ‘06 I made the decision to get into Network Marketing. I had seen my dad become successful in the industry and I wanted a piece of the action.
So in January ‘07 at the age of 20, I officially became a Network Marketer and I was excited!
As I soon found out, Network Marketing was not as straightforward as all of those persuasive videos made it appear. I was spending too much on leads, was hopeless on the phone and just couldn’t sponsor someone to save my life. I soon became overwhelmed and was worried about the constant drain on my bank account. I didn’t know what I was doing and didn’t have a clue how to fix it.
Unfortunately I had to quit before I could find my feet – I had literally spent myself out of the industry after a mere 3 months! I felt like a failure. Oh well, back to ebay.
Two and a bit years later I caught the Network Marketing bug again and just couldn’t resist. But I wasn’t going to make the same mistakes twice. I was going to keep my marketing costs down this time. I wanted to stay in the game long enough to acquire the skills and knowledge required to succeed – I had to work on me before I could truly start building my business.
The problem was, I didn’t know how to do this. How could I market and generate a meaningful amount of leads without spending a lot of money? Luckily I was fortunate enough to stumble onto a system created by a group of marketing geniuses that had everything that I needed in the one place. This has proved to be a godsend and if I hadn’t found it you would not be reading this, that I am sure of.
I have 3 missions in life (for now:)). To continue my self development and become the best that I can be. To send my brother around the world so that he can chase his dream of becoming a tennis professional (he has way more talent and skill than I ever did). Finally, I want to help others who have the determination and desire to achieve success in this industry. I know what it’s like to have the drive but not know the way – it sucks.
